OMVIC Registration
Simply Drive is operated by Ariya Automotive Inc., a registered motor vehicle dealer under the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC), Registration Number 5860473. As a registered dealer, we are bound by the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) and the Consumer Protection Act. All transactions are conducted in compliance with Ontario’s regulatory framework for motor vehicle sales.
Financing Terms
All financing is provided by third-party lenders from our panel of partners. Simply Drive acts as an intermediary to match you with appropriate financing options based on your credit profile. Final approval, interest rates, loan terms, and conditions are determined solely by the lending institution. Rates and terms quoted during the assessment process are estimates and may change based on the lender’s final review.
Vehicle Condition and Inspections
We provide graded inspection reports for all vehicles in our inventory. These reports reflect the professional opinion of our inspection team at the time of assessment. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness, inspection reports are not warranties or guarantees of future vehicle performance. We recommend that buyers conduct their own due diligence, including independent mechanical inspections where appropriate.
No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an inquiry or completing an assessment with Simply Drive does not guarantee financing approval. Approval decisions are made by our lender partners based on their own underwriting criteria. We will work to match you with the most suitable options, but we cannot override lender decisions or guarantee specific rates or terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariya Automotive Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
