Credit Bureau Consent
We will never pull your credit bureau report without your explicit, informed consent. During your initial consultation, we will explain exactly what a credit pull involves, how it may affect your score, and what information we will see. You must provide written or verbal authorization before any credit inquiry is made.
Third-Party Sharing
We may share your personal information with lender partners for the purpose of obtaining financing on your behalf, but only after you have authorized us to do so. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect communications necessary to complete a transaction you have requested.
